Four lengths to choose from.
After a lot of construction effort and various tests, we can introduce our new product! The newly developed,
rotating brush RB for ski and snowboard bases by
raze-cat.
The axle remains firmly anchored in the machine. Through the click system, the handle can be removed quickly and the brush can be replaced.
All rotating ski brushes with hexagon socket 10 mm in 100 mm, 120 mm, 140 mm, 300 mm length are compatibel!
Advantages compared to the products already available on the market:
- Powder-coated handle - for a secure grip while brushing.
- Hexagonal shaft made of stainless steel.
- High true-running accuracy for precise work.
- No loss of power transmission because of the drive of the axle.
- 2-fold bearing of the axle through precision ball bearings.
- All rotating parts are securely installed inside of the handle and therefore dust-proof.
- Tarnish protection for the different ski brushes.
- Safe working with protective cover.
- The ergonomic handle allows operation for left and right-handed users.
The
RB100, RB120, RB140 & RB300 by
raze-cat is easy to handle. With the recommended machine (cordless screwdriver) the RB can be used mobile.
The long axle is particularly suitable for
snowboard surfaces, as it covers the entire width of the boards. But also with the shorter axles incl. brushes you can easily prepare larger surfaces.
Step 1: Connect the axle to the handle using the click system.
Step 2: Put the desired ski brush on the axle.
Step 3: Mount the axle in the chuck of the cordless screwdriver or the drill.
To change the brush, stop the machine, remove the handle and attach the desired brush. Then click the handle on the axle again.
Preparing the ski and snowboard surface has never been easier and faster.
